Responsibilities:

  • Update calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Arranging couriers.
  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
  • Responsible for correspondences In & Out.
  • Create reports like Attendance.

Qualifications:

  • University degree.
  • Microsoft office skills.
  • Eager to learn.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Very good command of written & spoken Arabic & English languages.
  • French is preferred.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
