Sarie-Eldin advises MoE and PPP Central Unit on the first of its kind education project for buildin new schools.
Sarie-Eldin & Partners - Legal Advisors advised the Ministry of Education and the PPP Central Unit - on the first of it's kind project in the education sector in Egypt- on the financing, construction and utilization of a number of schools under a public-private partnership (PPP) framework, the project was tendered as part of a long-term plan to reduce overcrowding in school classrooms, enhance cost-effectiveness and quality of school infrastructure and maintenance.
In the presence of Prime Minister, Dr. Tarek Shawky, Minister of Education signed the project contracts with a number of investors. Sarie- Eldin & Partners provided comprehensive legal consulting services from the first stage of the transaction to its finalization. Sarie- Eldin & Partners team worked on the Project including Dr. Hani Sarie-Eldin, Menna El Beltagui, Aly Salem, and Noha Radwan.
