Sarie Eldin & Partners legal advisors is proud to represent legally TMG in the agreement with EFG Hermes and GEMS Education in the accusation of 4 schools ( 3 in Madinaty and 1 in Al-Rehab ) with 1 billion Egyptian Pounds. The agreement will contribute to the development of the education system within TMG, and GEMS Education will be the exclusive educational partner of EFG Hermes, in operating and managing schools within Al-Rehab City.

Sarie Eldin & Partners Legal Advisors represents the General Authority for Land and Dry Ports for the establishment of the largest dry port in 6th of October City with 720 containers per day The first phase of the port will be built on 100 acres with a value of 100 million dollars
March 18th ,2018 Sarie Eldin & Partners, in collaboration with Allen & Overy law firm, are advising the General Authority for Land and Dry Ports, in its project of financing, design, construction and operation of the largest dry port in 6th of October city. The Project will be a 24-hour dry port with design capacity of 720 Twenty Foot Equivalent Units (“TEU”) per day, with an investment value of 100 million dollars and construction will begin in the last quarter of 2018.

The government has allocated a total area of 400 acres in the 6th of October city for the construction of a dry port with a logistics area. The area was divided into a first phase of 100 acres for the development of the dry port that includes a customs clearance unit for containers coming from Alexandria and Dekheila ports, and it is the area that Sarie- Eldin & Partners is preparing the legal consultancy for. The second phase is located on an area of 300 acres and will be fully allocated to establish a logistic center for storage and service containers after the completion of customs procedures.
"We are currently preparing the legal consultancy for the project (the first phase 100 acres) and we are currently finalizing the Tender Documents, including the draft PPP contract to be concluded between the General Authority for Lands and Dry Ports with the winning bidder." Added Dr. Sarie Eldin
The strategic location of the Project, close to the industrial zone of 6th of October City and the heart of Cairo City, allows the transfer of part of container traffic between the ports of Alexandria and Dekheila from road to railway network which allows reducing the burden on the ports of Alexandria and Dekheila, as the Dry Port provides storage and customs clearance services.

Cairo March 6th 2018 - Under the auspices of Sarie Eldin & Partners, students in faculty of law - Cairo university French section are participating in Willem C. Viz Competition for International Commercial Arbitration Moot (East) which will be held in Hong Kong from the 11th of March for a week to compete with other students from more than 35 country over the world.
Sarie Eldin & Partners are sponsoring 8 students of the graduation year to travel and participate in this international competition in addition to providing the necessary technical training for them before their travel for the competition and providing them with the necessary references to support their competition with the teams participating in the competition.
Over the past three years, Egypt has participated in this competition organized by the Association of Organizing and promoting the in Willem C. Viz Competition for International Commercial Arbitration. The Egyptian students were ranked among the top 50 universities participating in the competition in 2015.
Dr Hani Sarie Eldin stated in his meetig with the students “Our firm is keen to sponsor the outstanding students as they are the future of this country. we are proud that the Egyptian students compete in these difficult international competitions, as this competition is basically focused on one of the difficult branches of science that is the simulation in the application of the international trade law and arbitraton according to the UN convention and the UNCITRAL rules of arbitration”.
